Flametree Sauvignon Blanc Semillon '09 - Colour of pale straw with youthful green hue. Fragrant and fruit driven wine, with fresh varietal aromas of passionfruit and green peas. Flametree Chardonnay '07 - fresh melon, peach and vanilla nose, soft generous palate of ripe stone fruits and honey with subtle citrus lingering on the finish. Rich but nicely balanced. Perfect with a good pasta dish such as "Puttanesca and prawns". Handles spicy dishes well.
