Winemaker – Jermey Gordon
One of Australia’s most highly regarded winemakers, Jeremy Gordon, has established a new venture in Margaret River with his wife Daniela and business partner Peter Walsh. Amelia Park Wines combines leading edge techniques with traditional winemaking values and practices, producing elegant, fruit-driven varietals that capture the essence of Margaret River.
Jeremy began his winemaking career in Western Australia at high profile wineries such as Evans and Tate and Houghton’s. After several years broadening his knowledge in the eastern states, he chose to settle in Margaret River, and quickly achieved recognition for his wines with a string of awards, most notably the Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy for his Cabernet Merlot.
Jeremy has built strong relationships with the region’s premium vineyards, enabling him to source superior and consistent fruit quality for his wines. Jeremy believes that his success lies in a hands-on approach at every step of the process, attention to detail and and unquenchable passion for making consistently outstanding wines.
Our Wines
With tradition, craft and quality as our mantra, we are devoted to making exceptional wines. From sourcing to blending to bottling, we set ourselves the highest standards, and handcraft every wine with a finely tuned fusion of traditional techniques and minimal intervention. Reflecting a desire to offer choice as well as quality, we produce three ranges, Amelia Park, Mishmash and Reserve Release, designed to appeal to wine lovers whatever their pocket or palate.
