2008 Pinot Noir
Tarrawarra, Yarra Valley

Single vineyard wine from the lower Yarra. Spur pruned MV6, D4V2 and G5V15 clones on sandy loam soils with northern aspect at approx 140m elevation. Destem only. Cold soaked for 5 days in open fermenters. Selected yeasts. Hand plunged. Ferment to 33C. Pressed at dryness. 30% new Damy Alliers French oak for 11 months. Neither fined nor filtered.
