Growing Region: The parcels of fruit for this wine were sourced from both Wilyabrup and Karridale in the Margaret River region. These locations were chosen for the different characteristics they bring to the wine. Wilyabrup bringing lifted tropical aromatics and Karridale for its fine and elegant structure.
Grape Variety: 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon
Vintage: 2009
Maturation: Fermented in tank and bottled post-vintage to preserve the wine’s fruit characters.
Colour: Pale Straw with youthful green hue.
Bouquet: Fragrant and fruit driven wine, with fresh varietal aromas of passionfruit and green peas.
Palate: Light crisp palate of citrus and lime.
Cellaring: Drink now while the fruit flavours are at their best.
Alcohol: 12.5%
