Growing Region: The fruit for this wine has been sourced from a single vineyard in Wilyabrup from the Margaret River region. This area is renowned for producing Chardonnay’s of great varietal characteristics and structure.

Maturation: Barrel fermented in a mixture of new and older French oak. Small percentage of malolactic fermentation and lees stirring for added complexity
Colour: Straw.
Bouquet: Vibrant nose of fresh melon, peach and vanilla.
Palate: Soft generous palate of ripe stone fruits and honey with subtle citrus lingering on the finish.
Cellaring: Drink now, medium cellaring potential.
Alcohol: 13.5%
